This IP address is registered as private network and known as host address.   7. If you are iOS or Mac user then enter mywifiext local in the address bar of web browser.
  8. Now, enter your username and password. Click on continue button.
  9. Wait for sometime for the scanning of the range extender.
  10. Select your preferred network from all the available network. Click on continue button.
  11. After that, your system ask for your password. Enter your password again and press continue button.
  12. Here, you can also change the SSID option if you are willing to change the SSID.
  13. Now, you can change security settings option but firstly you need to connect your device with your network. After that you need to click on continue button.
  14. To complete the installation process, click on finish button. 
  15. Now, you can easily place your extender to any preferred location where you want to use the internet connection. 
  16. Ensure that extender is place between router because only by this way your wireless device can achieve a good signal strength.
